Dance schools entry form mailing list

HI everyone I am compiling a competition entry form mailing list of dance schools - teachers - associate teachers who are members of the SOHDA or who are Independant.

As some of the e-mail addresses on the current list are incorrect I thought putting a post up on the forum was the best way to catch everyone.

If you run a dance school / class can you e-mail me your details this will let me confirm the details on the list I have and make any changes or additions as required.

The details I need are as Follows for the Principal Teacher / associate teacher who will recieve the postal hard copies of competition entry froms

1. Dance School Name
2. Teachers name
3. address including post code
4. telephone numbers
5. e-mail address

If you have other teachers and or associate teachers working within your dance school can you please list them along with their full contact details
